I’m Not Wanting to Write

I know I’m supposed to.

I know the benefits of writing, I.e stress relief, improved moods and communication, improved expression .

So why can’t I be bothered sometimes?

I must confess I’d much rather be writing with pen and paper than to be typing because the words just write the themselves.

Anyhoo, I intend to perfect and create this habit into auto pilot so cheers to another day of writing
