Learning journey apart 2

I’m so fortunate to have finally found a mentor with whom I can wrap with, play hard and silly without being judged.

Unlike another person, not only did she clarify to me that I will be given the opportunity to facilitate some meeting and not simply a shadowing her.

The role requires a lot of listening as a ram facilitator. You may be the master but you’re a servant leader.

I keep me thinking how I can agile this mindset for the every changing nature of ME and all that Income with. I’d like to think that every 3 months I’m a new person with mew goals and though it may be true, the aim here is to fully understand my role and contributions by learning other desks- win out a hicing burn out

My role consists of utilizing Agike which mean I’m learning how’s to plan for the unexpected and unplanne events. I’m don’t meant to romanticize the role here but , something threw me for a surprised when , in a sprint review, someone is behind on an initiative and the leader stepped forward and assigned a pair of helping hands to the person who had succumbed to unexpected events that impeded on his brainstorming exercises ,m

Thank you for mentors who stear you into the right direction
