“Possibly adventurous girl with back-pack and bicycle and all her belongings contemplate life pic”
I enjoy and appreciate the creativity of page designers but this picture isn’t me. It doesn’t represent what I’m about,my values, my background,my likes and dislikes my mood, my love and hate. But that’s fine. I’m using a free template from a great site that helps me to put my thoughts and curiosities out to the Universe and for the I’m most grateful.
This blog is inspired by gratitude. I do a gratitude journal every morning and every night before going to bed. I started doing it out if desperation to escape my most torturous , scary and anxious nights.
What began as a nightly thing became a morning routine and I’ve now established it as a habit.
This habit of journaling what I’m grateful for everyday helps me to focus on what I have and be thankful that what I want is already here with me whether I see it or not.
I’ve felt some truly uncomfortable emotions along this journey but luckily I’m now at a point in my life where I’m able to accept the discomfort as a part of ‘the plan’ . Apart of a plan I’m praying for. There must be some method to the madness of the Universe and this is how I have decided to cope.
I’m not perfect. I have alot of learning and growing to do. I’m embarrassed of some of the things I’ve thought of doing and have done but I stand firm as a pupil at life.
So join me here, everyday as I write the script to my life, my pains, my emotions, my happiness,my loss and gains, my loves and hates. My hard work and my easy outcomes.
Failed expectations . Unlearning and relearning. Please join me too if you’re become a pupil at life.
