Lift up the women

Sew the torn pieces together , for the women

Finish the sentences, for the women

Put the egos away and encourage the women

Show them the way, don’t lead them astray, those women.

When a woman leaves the community, wish her well and mean it, though it may hurt.

When the women are confused, show them the way, women.

Don’t play games, women.

Teach the women not to play games, women.

Show them the power moves. Don’t use your power to remove them, women.

You’re all doing a great job, women.

We may not see the good work other women have done for the women, but don’t punish us for lack of sight, women.

When the women speak Ill of you, kill them with the kindness in private and public, women.

Don’t let the men catch on, women.

That we don’t love ourselves, women.

That we hate eachother,women.

I wear my heart on my phone, but I’ll never intentionally hurt another woman.

I’ll need to control and accept my emotions and use them for good, but I’ll never in privately make it difficult for other women.

And when I catch on that I’ve hurt another woman, I pray that I’ll learn to love and undo the hurt, to other women.

Because I wish not to compete with women. I’ll wish for us to get there together, as women.

I can admit that I may have naively contributed to the problem with women.

I’ll have this problem wherever I go. I deserve everything coming to me.

For this , I’ll stay in my lane and work on me.

I wont allow my ego to trick me into hating other women, as tempting as it may be.

God , don’t let the other women catch on, that I hate me.

Worst, don’t allow the men to recognize that we hate we.

All the women have men as protoges

While the men have men as protoges

This is the way of the world

I shall stay in my lane, as a woman

To not step on the toes of other women

God, please teach me how to read the room , remain silent and remain as a minority woman.
