In the midst of darkness

Be kind to you

Say soft words

No time to compare

Be still

You don’t have to be vibrant

Be who you want to be

Do the work to be who you want to be

Accept the now

Accept the emotions now

You won’t die

Accept those painful emotions now

Label those painful emotions now

Use colours to label those emotions now.

Use shapes to label that feeling

Feel that dark, clouded knot within your chest

It’s at the left of your chest, at the top left of the rib.

Accept that controlled feeling

Accept that paranoia

Whatever it is, accept it, not as truth , but accept the emotions that arise with the feeling or the thought.
