Accept the now

Accept those painful emotions now

Use colours to label those emotions now.
Use shapes to label that feeling
Feel that dark, clouded knot within your chest
It’s at the left of your chest, at the top left of the rib.
Accept that controlled feeling
Accept that paranoia
Whatever it is, accept it, not as truth , but accept the emotions that arise with the feeling or the thought.
