Eat on time. Your body and mind will love you. Be intentional about it.

Today was a good day.

It marked the beginning of my 4 day vacation.

Though I have nothing planned, I have the desire to start meditating again and visit the beach.

Things are a bit different now and my mind is constantly finding something fearful to be attached to.

I’m tempted to think the worst after having bouts of discomfort into my stomach . It turns out that eating way too many spicy foods in consecutive days is bad for your digestive system.

I’ll have to be intentional about eating on time.

Eating on time is a form of self care.
