Observing Nature, Being Mindful – today

I’m feeling a heavy sensation in both my lower thighs.

It’s now 7:30.p.m.

The pharmacy’s line is extra long.

Distancing your physical body from others is a slowly excruciating process

Time is slow. Time becomes aware of you waiting on it.

Your legs become aware of your desire to be moving.

Your mind becomes aware that you are still.

The mind hates stillness.

It likes to feed you with the thoughts of the collective consciousness.

Your brain craves the certainty of the collective consciousness.

Cars are passing me by.

Some are reversing, some are parking , some are loading passengers.

An impending no movement curfew is just 25 minutes away
