If you feel like lying down with your phone, scrolling through the never ending abyss of information and overstimulation, put the phone down , close your eyes and breathe through your nostrils . Do thins with 10 breaths.
Train your brain and body to do uncomfortable things so that when unexpectedly uncomfortable opportunities show up.
You will show up.
