What to do when you’re overwhelmed with negative thoughts.

Won’t allow the thoughts to be mine. The thoughts are apart of the collective consciousness.

Won’t allow it to tell me that people are fighting against me, love follows me wherever I go.

Won’t allow it to not make me put in the work, I will rest, regroup, change strategies if necessary.

Won’t allow the thoughts to make me feel less than, I am enough.

Won’t allow any thought to make me feel lonely, Help and rescue shows up for me.

Won’t allow the thoughts to make me feel lonely, I am loved and my contribution to the world is necessary.
