Am I A Manipulator?

Something I’ve noticed about myself is that even though I’m dealing with trauma and shame and anxiety or however these things are categorized, I tend to try to control situations because I don’t want to get hurt. I really end up trying to control and manipulate people and end up hurting them or straining a relationship in the process.
