When we decide to write a gratitude journal, we’re also deciding to strengthen our discipline muscle.

When we decide to go to bed 1 hour earlier,in order to get more sleep, we’re also deciding to be more disciplined.

Whe we decide to start a new course, we’re also deciding to show up,even when we don’t feel like it, so that the habit of sticking it through is formed, not perfection, not to get an A, not to pass all courses, though ambitious.

When we decide to be deliberate about our self care routine, we’re also deciding to start a system that will be difficult to break ,once we stick it out.

When we decide to do something new , aim not to be perfect, but to get a system going. A system to keep going even when procrastinating feels like home.

We’re deciding to develop a system that is fail proof, if the goal is the system and not perfection.

Focus on systems , not perfection
