a. On a scale of 1-10, how hurt are you?

b. Do you feel symptoms of this hurt or foresee an event hurting you in the future?

c. If you feel the hurt, your body nd mind views this as if you have already experienced the event.

d. Will you decide to tell your body and mind whether the event has happened or not?

e. If you have not experienced the event, will you remind your body and mind multiple times today that the event has not happened.?

f. If you have experienced the event, will you tell your body and mind that you have already witnessed the event and you invite it to show you what you need to learn?
