It seems as if accepting challenges or even volunteering yourself to do the hard stuff prepares you to handle obstacles and use them as opportunities for innovation and creativity.
By accepting challenges , you’re telling the Universe that you are ready for this necessary refinement or training in order to move on to the next level.
This may or may not include some suffering but the suffering may be highly dependent on your perspective.
It could be that if you resist challenges, you may be opening up terrains for suffering if you view the challenge as overbearing and unnecessary.
Rightfully so, some challenges are painful and may be seen by a large majority as a cruel injustice but this, again, is a matter of collective perspective.
Cultures of people have been socialized to view things collectively as an injustice or an opportunity. You may have to train yourself to question said injustices with a view of refining the role that certain insufferable acts serve to an individual or groups of people.
This writing is in no way a reduction of the mass injustices and evil that have psychologically and physically perpetuated itself , hundreds of years after its eradication ( N.B That these acts are not entirely eradicated ) such as slavery, genocide and other historically systematic evil.
The term ‘challenges’ in this article refers to one off situations that affect some people or families of people and , with perspective and the right conversations, can be viewed as a bridge towards Hope, change and reversal of trauma.
This is why I believe that training yourself to view and take on the difficult stuff will continuously refine your thinking to view some necessary and oncoming obstacles as a necessary tool for change.
View your obstacles with caution.
